Newsletter

Sent through your own mail server

Send newsletters without handing over the addresses.

Keep your contacts, write your newsletter, check the preview, send. All through your own SMTP credentials and under your own sender address — no mail service in between, no recipient list sitting somewhere else.

Everything a newsletter needs — and nothing that slows it down.

Contacts and mailing lists

As many mailing lists as you like, double opt-in, an unsubscribe link in every mail and bounces detected automatically. Addresses that no longer exist drop out of sending by themselves.

Write it, then look at it

An editor that needs no HTML, attachments, and a preview showing exactly what arrives. The test mail goes to you before it goes to everyone.

Your own SMTP server

You enter host, port, encryption and sender yourself. We send in your name through your server — your domain stays the sender.

No duplicate sends

Ruled out technically, not merely made unlikely: sending holds one unique entry per recipient that a second run cannot create again.

A signup form to embed

A ready-made snippet for your website — copy, paste, done. Or a hosted signup page you need to build nothing for.

Open rates and surveys

You see how many recipients opened a newsletter and where it is going wrong. Surveys attach straight to a newsletter.

Three steps to your first newsletter.

  1. 1

    Enter your SMTP details

Host, port, credentials and sender address. One click on “send test mail” tells you straight away whether it works.

  2. 2

    Collect contacts

Import existing addresses from a CSV, embed the signup form in your website, or link to the hosted signup page.

  3. 3

    Write and send

Write the newsletter, check the preview, send a test mail to yourself, then send it to the list. Afterwards you see how it landed.

Common questions

Do I need a mail server of my own?

You enter the SMTP credentials you already have. Sending then runs through your server and under your sender address, not through an intermediary. Your deliverability and your recipient list stay with you.

Can somebody get the same newsletter twice?

No. Every combination of newsletter and email address is written to the database exactly once while sending. A second run finds that entry and sends nothing more — not even when a job is retried or two runs start at the same time.

How do new contacts reach a mailing list?

Through a CSV import, through the hosted signup page, or through a form you paste into your own website as a ready-made snippet. Every signup goes through a double opt-in before the first mail goes out.

Can other customers see my contacts?

No. Every query is confined to your account, at the database level rather than only in the interface. A query without an account attached fails instead of quietly returning everything.

Have an account set up
